一、领取说明
Information for Obtaining Competition Materials

   领取时间：2013年12月5日—7日，9:00—20:00
   领取地点：市民中心南广场

   Time: 9:00 – 20:00, December 5–7, 2013
   Place: South Square of Shenzhen Civic Center

Documents Required for Obtaining Competition Materials

1、参赛选手本人领取：
When participants obtain the materials in person:

   参赛选手凭2013深圳国际马拉松赛物品领取单（官网下载打印）、参赛选手本人报名时提供的有效证件原件，核实无误即可领取参赛物品。

   Participants can obtain the aforesaid materials in person upon verification of the receipt for obtaining competition materials for the 2013 Shenzhen International Marathon (which can be downloaded from the official website and printed) and the original valid ID certificates provided for competition entry.

2、代领人领取：
When a proxy obtains competition materials for the participants:

   代领人凭参赛选手本人的2013深圳国际马拉松赛物品领取单（官网下载打印并经参赛选手本人签字）、参赛选手本人报名时提供的有效证件复印件（经参赛选手本人签字并注明日期）、代领人身份证件复印件并校验原件，核实无误即可领取参赛物品。

   The proxy can obtain the aforesaid competition materials upon verification of the receipt of the participants for obtaining competition materials for the 2013 Shenzhen International Marathon (which can be downloaded from its official website and printed, and shall be signed by the participants in person), copies of the participants’ valid ID certificates provided for competition entry (with the participants’ signature and the date), the photocopy of and the original valid ID certificates of the proxy.

3、注意事项：
Important note:

   马拉松项目网络报名的深圳市民选手在领取参赛物品时需提交本人深圳市居民身份证或有效深圳市居住证的复印件一份，并交验原件。
   For local participants from Shenzhen who sign up for the competition via the Internet, it is required to submit a photocopy of his/her ID certificate as a permanent resident of Shenzhen or his/her valid residence permit, and provide the original for verification.

   *对于未按上述规定提交相关材料的选手，组委会有权拒绝发放参赛物品*
   *For participants who fail to submit the relevant documents as specified above, the Organising Committee has the right to refuse distribution of the said competition materials *

四、领取流程
Obtaining Process

   参赛选手持齐领取凭证到对应参赛项目的号段窗口提交，工作人员核对信息无误后，将为参赛选手发放参赛包。
   Participants submit all the required materials at the designated windows for corresponding events; after checking and confirming the information, relevant staff will distribute a package containing the said materials to each participant if all the information is correct.
